SESSION TYPES & RATES

Initial Evaluation (75 minutes): $300
If it has been over one year since your last visit, this will be considered a new evaluation.

Follow-Up Treatment (60 minutes): $225

Phone Consult (30 minutes): $75

I do not accept insurance; this is a cash-pay service. However, you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) for these visits.

If a patient would like a superbill, it needs to be requested at the start of the appointment so we can accurately track superbills for each visit.
